The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of tools and materials and follow instructions. They should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail. ```Duties``` - Measure, cut, and install wood and other materials according to specifications - Build and install structures such as walls, floors, roofs, and staircases using hand tools and power tools - Install hardware - Construct concrete forms for foundations, slabs, and walls - work with others in professional and productive manor ```Requirements``` - Proven experience as a framer or carpenter in the construction industry - Knowledge of various carpentry techniques and materials - Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately according to measurements - Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
