Description
Carpinito Brothers is a family-owned and operated business in Kent, Washington that has been serving the greater Puget sound area with landscape materials for over 50 years.
We have a full time year round loader operator position open for our busy retail/wholesale landscape supply operation. We primarily use Caterpillar 972M loaders.
Wages Starting at $30+; Depending on experience
Overtime Available
Responsibilities:
Load retail customers with landscape materials in various types of pickups or trailers
Load dump trucks and semi-trailers with materials
Produce bark and topsoil with our high-volume screening plants
Physically shovel material under screening plant as needed to keep belts clear
Make custom soil mixes for our bagged product lines
Good customer service, and customer relations
Patience for a rapid changing environment
Wheel loader and heavy machine operations. Operating in close proximity to customers.
Learn and operate multiple pieces of heavy equipment proficiently
Communicate proficiently in English with customers, drivers, and other Carpinito Brothers staff

Requirements:
Full Time 5-6 day work week
Saturdays/Sundays required as a normal work day
Maintains a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
Other equipment (dozers, excavators, etc.) experience is a plus!
Willing to train the right person
