Are you passionate about making spaces shine? We’re looking for a part-time Final Cleaning Specialist to work on newly constructed or newly renovated properties, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position!
Position Overview:
Job Type: Part-time (with potential for full-time)
Role: Final Cleaning Specialist
Location: Snohomish & King County
Responsibilities: This is NOT for Construction Laborers. Strictly cleaning newly built homes and buildings
Perform detailed cleaning to prepare new construction or renovated properties for handover to clients.
Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, windows, and other areas to ensure they are spotless and ready for use.
Follow specific cleaning protocols and guidelines for post-construction spaces.
Handle debris removal and ensure no traces of construction materials remain.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in cleaning new construction or renovation sites is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
A strong eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including occasional weekends if needed.
Must have your own mode of transportation
