We are currently seeking a dedicated and committed Sub-Driver and Delivery/Installation Technician to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering and installing household appliances such as washers, dryers, TVs, ovens, and more.
As a Delivery/Installation Technician, you will be required to purchase your own 16 feet box truck and pass a standard background check, and work with us as a business owner!
- The technician role will require their own sub driver which you will pay out of pocket
- parts will have to be pre purchased, in which we will reimburse every pay period
- starting payout for our contract will be 16,000 USD+(will most likely be more) at a flat rate every month. (we are currently working on moving to a piece by piece payment approach which will cause this rate to fluctuate.

- must have clean driving records and the ability to start your own business
- Box truck must have a LIFTGATE
Responsibilities:
Assist in loading and unloading appliances onto the truck
Deliver and install appliances at customers' homes or businesses
Provide excellent customer service during delivery and installation
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
Assist the lead technician in the installation process
Requirements:
Must be dedicated and punctual in their work
Preferred experience in any service industry
Must be able to lift heavy appliances ( will have another person to assist)
Willingness to work and learn on the job
Must have a valid driver's license
Clean driving record
