Potter Construction is an award winning Remodeling Company in West Seattle. In business since 1979 we serve the greater Seattle area. We do a lot of beautiful looking additions, kitchens, baths, and basement remodels. This position will handle job site setup for construction, debris removal and material handling. You will also be involved in some construction work, with a lead carpenter. If you are excellent with customer service, a good worth ethic and excellent can do attitude, we would like to talk more!
Responsibilities include:
-Making a good first impression
-Job site clean up
-Drive company truck
-Pick up & deliver materials to job sites
-Organize & maintain storage areas
-Carpentry work as needed
-Knowledge of local area helpful
The ideal candidate will be:
-Clean, Competent and Careful
-Friendly and a good communicator
-Able to work on multiple projects at once
-Able to lift and carry 80 pounds
-Able to take and follow directions
-Have a clean driving record & reliable transportation
-Have a tool belt and basic hand tools
-Have a cell phone, and use map apps
-Have a sense of humor
-Be a non-smoker
-Possess a "How can I help" attitude
-Pass a background and drug test
-Possess a Washington State Driver’s license and excellent driving record.
