Apartment maintenance

Full time position for general apartment maintenance position needed for West Olympia. Some familiarity with minor electrical repairs, painting, dry wall repair, appliance installation and repair and carpentry are useful but not required to begin. More important to us is an ability to work as a member of our team in a cheerful and respectful way to our tenants and fellow employees. Attention to detail and reliable work habits are critical.
