Seeking Professional Front Desk/Manager for Our Chiropractic Office

About us:

We are a busy, customer service oriented, professional Chiropractic office with an opening for a PART TIME front desk assistant. We offer a fun loving and inspiring work environment, a 3-4 day work week and competitive pay. Experience in office management is preferred but not necessary. You can expect between roughly 25-30 hours/wk working Tuesday or Wednesday through Friday or Saturday.

About the Position:

Primary Job Duties Include:

-Providing the HIGHEST level of feel good customer service to every patient every time.

-Answering telephone calls (with a smile), providing information, and taking messages according to our office scripts.

-Scheduling appointments using Jane, our Electronic Health Records program

-Greeting patients with a smile as they enter and a friendly good bye as they leave our office

-Taking Payment for each patient and maintaining accounting for the day

-Communicate clearly to the doctor about schedule changes and important messages

-Back of office organization like insurance verification, response to records requests, printing documents, generating patient statements, sending emails, etc

-Creating a positive environment for patients and the doctor

Ideal Candidate:

- Positive outlook on life and current circumstances

- Ability to anticipate the needs of the office, doctor, and patients

- Must be computer proficient, and capable of learning new programs

- Capable of ALWAYS being on time or early

- Ability to project a positive, warm, and professional image in person AND on the phone

- Must be articulate, detailed and service-oriented

- Must be able to prioritize while ALWAYS putting patients first

- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills - Talking to others to convey information effectively.

- You must have the ability to take initiative to improve office functionality

- Must appreciate and enjoy working, have fun, and be professional.

Required Experience:

-High School Diploma.

-Preferred Two Years office management experience.

-Computer skills and proficiency required.
