Responsibilities:
- Prepare decompression rooms for the sessions, ensuring all necessary supplies are available
- Prepare patients. set them on the device, document protocol
- positioning them on the tables and ensuring their safety and comfort
- Monitor patients' during the procedure and communicate any changes or concerns to the Doctor
- Assist with post care, including ice and laser
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient information, and supplies used
Skills:
- Knowledge of procedures and techniques
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the team and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with providers
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in preparing equipment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift/move heavy equipment or patients as needed
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations with professionalism
