We are seeking a candidate with a good attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to be a team player. We are a tight-knit office and we are searching for someone who is a perfect fit. We may substitute other customer service experience for direct medical office experience. Our patients are our first priority, so a strong phone and in-person presence with patients is essential for this role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Scheduling appointments in-person and over the phone
Checking patients into appointments
Collecting co-pays/coinsurance
Some outgoing calls (no cold calls)
Processing incoming/outgoing ROIs
Copying, faxing, filing
Our office is open from 8AM-5PM Monday - Friday. We would prefer someone experienced in a medical setting, with an EHR platform, and with heavy customer service experience. We are willing to train the right person.
