My mom and I are looking for a female caregiver to care for myself and a future roommate. I am wheelchair bound due to Spastic Cerebral Palsy. The ideal candidate would be creative, flexible, patient and compassionate. A good sense of humor. Willing to accompany the young women into the community for their events, activities and employment. Break tasks into simple steps for success.
Job duties
Plan and prepare nutritious meals. Comfortable doing hygiene and personal care. Assist with administering daily medications. Provide transportation when needed. Assist with problem solving and decision making
The caregiver would be paid through the state. The benefits are located below under compensation.
