Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between our clinic and referring physicians.
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between healthcare providers, patients, and our clinic.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Actively promote our services to enhance referral patterns and ensure seamless patient care.
- Organize engaging presentations, meetings, and luncheons with healthcare professionals.
- Provide insightful feedback and reports on referral trends and physician satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Experience in Worker's Compensation and Industrial Rehabilitation is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using computer software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
