Down to Earth Dental is a thriving private practice with two offices in Tacoma. We are NOT owned by a DSO.
We are seeking an experienced and confident General Dentist to join our NE Tacoma team. This is a permanent full-time position, working 3 days/week with an option to work additional days at our South Tacoma office, if desired. We do "bread and butter" dentistry, so you should be comfortable with basic restorative, extractions and other general procedures. The team is professional, fun to work with, process-driven and drama-free.
Compensation is 30% of adjusted production plus monthly bonus. Dentists also have the option to work on a sliding scale based on hourly production, with compensation topping out at 38% of adjusted production.
