Job duties will include handling phones, scheduling, insurance claims, billing, financial plans, treatment plans/presentation, collections, and more.
This is a practice that pursues technology for the benefits of patients and staff. The staff are always conscious of each other’s feelings and concerns and work to be supportive of one another to make each other's day better.
The current number of staff is 7, longest tenured staff member is 20+ years. Software used is Dentrix.
