DENTAL ASSISTANT:
Looking for an easy going, good worker that is a good fit with our other employees. Must be able to do your own work and help others until all the work is done.
We prefer applicant with some dental assistant work experience. However, we will provide the necessary training if needed (especially with the dental technology in our office.)
32-40 hrs/week depending on office schedule.
Duties includes:
- Greet and prepare patients for dental procedure.
- Provide chair side assistance to dentist with exams and procedures including, but not limited to restorative, crowns, bridges, root canals and implant surgeries.
- Taking digital xray and photo images, perform prophylaxis and sealants, taking impression and fabricate dental appliances.
- Provide instruction in post-op care and give general dental care information as directed by dentist.
- Sterilize used equipment, instruments and operatories following OSHA, WISHA guidelines. Prepare operatories at the start and throughout each day. Cleaning operatories at the end of each day.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
