We are a patient care driven and well-established private practice in West Seattle seeking an enthusiastic and motivated dental hygienist to join our dynamic team. We strive to make our practice a welcoming environment and somewhere you enjoy coming to every day. We treat our patients and team like family.

Our vison is to provide high quality family dentistry in a safe and gentle environment and meet our patients’ dental needs, in a professional, compassionate, and personable manner. We have a passionate and dynamic team of staff that works hard to that end and strives for a great work-life balance. We would love to find someone who wants to do what is best for their patients in a low-pressure environment with supportive doctors.

This is a part-time or full-time (1-4 days) position, which includes:

-Competitive wage (negotiable based on experience)

-Single or double column schedule with 1 hour lunch breaks

-We don’t force our team to clock out or go home when there are holes in the schedule or no shows

-We are team oriented and work hard to help each other

Requirements:

-Motivated to learn and grow professionally

-Great people skills

-Compassion and patience in managing patients

-Embraces team concept and pursues excellence

-Positive attitude

-Comfortable in using dental management software (i.e. Dentrix)

-Skilled in various forms of radiographs

-Effective in educating patients about importance of oral hygiene and prevalence of periodontal disease
