Later Years is looking for resident manager to over look 6 residents and manage employees. This position includes computer work, preparing schedules medication sheets, also hands-on care with residents toileting, dressing watching for skin breakdown, urinary tract infections, etc. organizing and cleaning. Also monitoring employees and delegating tasks. Making sure that all employees are current with state required paperwork, and covering shifts when employees call out sick. This position is in Silverdale , Kitsap County and must have HCA/ CNA and have adult family home experience. This is a beautiful private home with wonderful residents.
This position is Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. These are 12 hour shifts 8 AM to 8 PM.
