Warehouse Associate
Position Description
Landmark Event Co. is Seattle’s premier multi-event space company with in-house catering by Herban Feast. We provide unique guest-centric experiences at our seven venues and offsite locations and are looking to expand our team for the 2024 season.Reporting directly to Logistics/ Operations for tasks and completion of tasks on a weekly basis. This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership in meeting expectations while holding themselves to a high standard of professionalism.
Compensation
Seasonal: 28-32 hours weekly
Compensation: $27-30/hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse standards:
Maintain clear labeling of all storage areas and inventory.
Implement a standardized layout for efficient movement and access.
Use a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system for inventory management.
Efficient use of space, proper stacking methods, load limits, and organization of inventory to prevent damage and ensure accessibility
Event Preparation:
Complete pack outs two days before events, collaborating with the logistics Manager.
Delivery Management:
Organize and oversee all deliveries, including rentals, to the loading dock.
Inventory & Equipment:
Report breakage or missing equipment and manage warehouse inventory needs via Asana.
Maintain all Landmark-operated vehicles, ensuring proper upkeep
Fuel weekly in beginning of week and perform maintenance log
Conduct daily pre-use inspections for signs of wear, leaks, and damages.
Check brakes, tires, lights, and steering mechanisms.
Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for oil changes, filter replacements, and other routine services.
Mobility & Physical Demands:
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, working in various weather conditions, and using ladders.
Professional Conduct:
Uphold professionalism in appearance and duties, enforcing company rules and safety practices.
Attend mandatory meetings to stay updated on responsibilities and policies.
Reporting & Communication:
Report maintenance issues and requests in Asana.
Maintain cleanliness in the parking lot and ensure the loading dock is clear of unnecessary items.

Job Requirements
Ability to work events during slow season or black out dates when needed
Ability to work on a consistent basis with extended and varied work hours based on business needs
Dependable mode of transportation
A high level of mobility is required with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in weather permitting conditions and withstand loud volume or visual effects
Professionalism in both appearance and fulfilling work duties
Ability to fulfill all Key Responsibilities
Current driver's license a plus
