You must be
Passionate about sushi, enjoy being a great chef
Enjoy working in a fast pace environment
Follow sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members and customers
Requirements
2-3 years experience
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work well in a team
Very good communication skills
Available full time
Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays(we are close on Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Available to work long hours
Excellent physical condition
Have WA Food Handlers Certificate
