We have an amazing 2nd floor, back door, alley entrance space, with an amazing speakeasy vibe, and original brick/stucco patina in South Tacoma.
We are ready to list for rent, but I love seeking out speakeasy's wherever we travel to, And I have always wanted to own a speakeasy, but I have enough on my plate, and just can't give up the hours that I know it will take to make it happen successfully! I'm thinking some sort of a partnership with someone that has the experience to run the day to day operations of running a cool prohibition syle bar. We can work all the details out.

It's right about 1000 square feet, plus a small balcony overlooking the alley.
I envision adding some fabric to soften the feel a bit, adding appropriate couches, chairs, tables, decor, etc.
And creating a comfortable space that patrons want to seek out, want to tell their friends about, and want to return to because of the amazing service, live calm engaging music and events, and unpretentious cocktails, wine, and staff.
