Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks
Maintain a clean, organized workspace
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Follow health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends ( afternoon shifts only for the first 90days)
Basic math skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales goals. When you meet the sales goal , you make more also.
