Now Hiring: Event Manager (seasonal)

Are you a creative, driven individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're looking for an Event Manager who thinks outside the box and isn't afraid to get hands-on. This role is seasonal, with our heaviest activity during the summer, and additional events and planning needed during the Washington State Fall and Spring Fairs. Flexible and adaptable this role changes with events. Strong leadership while maintaining empathy and understanding. Creative problem solver who can manage chaos with a calm head. Willingness to work weekends and longer hours during peak seasons. Plan, coordinate, and execute events, fairs, and community gatherings. Collaborate closely with the owner and vendors. Manage on-site staff and logistics. Ensure events are on-time, on budget and well executed. Pay is based on experience. Opportunity for performance based bonus.
