Qualifications
Must have 1-2 years of customer service
Barista/Bobarista experience is preferred
Must be able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
Hands-on experience with brewing equipment preferred
Valid WA state food worker card
Clean & professional presentation at all times
Flexibility to work various shifts while being on time
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service - Prepare and ensure quality of drinks and food (tea, boba, desserts, etc.)
Memorize product descriptions
Maintain cleanliness of working area
Food prep
Cashier, receive and process payments (greet customers with big smiles and take orders)
Respond to customer complaints
Maintain stocking
Insist on providing great customer service and have the ability, to build and grow customer relationships
