Job Summary:
Management of high volume, fast paced, food and beverage store. Hiring, scheduling and management of employees. Ordering food and/or merchandise while researching new and innovative menu items. Updating daily spreadsheets. Keep front and back operations running smoothly while keeping cost of goods and payroll under control.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Management of leads and employees
Scheduling employee hours
Hire new employees
Payroll Reporting
Cash Register Programming of new merchandise
Programming of new employee information into the POS System
Consolidate POS Reports
Daily reviews of all the Z reports from the POS System for inconsistencies
Monitoring and Controlling Cost of Goods
Budgeting
Ordering food and merchandise
Daily Sales Reporting
Prepare cash deposits
Inventory Monitoring and Control
Invoice Management and Reporting
Developing new menu items
Reporting of any discrepancies with the food/items received vs. invoiced
Input of the monthly reports and comparison with the sales
Implementations of new policies into the current operation and/or network
Qualifications:
2 years Management experience in a fast-food sales environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, (Word and Excel)
Strong organizational and follow up skills with an attention to detail.
Self-motivated, self-starter that can work with minimal guidance and a strong sense of ambition.
Ability to work with others while building a team oriented environment
Ability to think of creative solutions to challenges.
Ability to think strategically, take direction and formulate plans for improvement
Ability to collect and analyze data for continued process improvement
