Position: We are looking for cooks with open availability who have positive attitudes, are passionate about their work, and take pride in maintaining a clean environment. Responsibilities:
Line Cook: Prepare and cook dishes according to our menu.
Prep: Assist with food preparation tasks.
Dishwashing: Maintain cleanliness of dishes and kitchen equipment.
Inventory Counting: Manage and track kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Food Safety: Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
Sanitation: Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Strong Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members.
Strong Independent Worker: Complete tasks efficiently on your own.
Strong Team Worker: Contribute to a cooperative team dynamic.
Self-Motivation: Take ownership of your work and departmental responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Previous cooking experience preferred, but not required.
Food handler’s permit required.
A positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional work standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Compensation:
Wages range from $22 - $24 per hour, depending on experience, with the addition of tips.
Anticipated Kitchen Hours:
Monday - Friday: 3:00 PM - 10:00/11:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 AM - 10:00/11:00 PM
