Coast Gateway Hotel is now accepting applications for our Front Desk Agent/Audit position. Hours and days are Monday and Tuesdays 3pm-11pm and Wednesday and Thursdays 11pm-7am.
Duties include but not limited to checking guests in and out, answering multi-line phones, taking reservations, handling and resolving guests inquiries and on the audit shift running and balancing reports and credit cards from the night prior.
We are looking for an individual who can provide superior customer service, good at multi-tasking, works well with other team members, and someone who is very dependable.
Previous hotel experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits available for full-time employees after 60 days.
Vacation and Sick time accrued based on hours worked.
