We are looking for an experienced pastry chef, a true ptissière. We are a hard-working, lean team, determined to make our mark on the Eastside by offering the best food and pastry around. You are an experienced, hard-working, organized, efficient, and supremely talented pastry chef who can make everything from eclairs to Napolean to saint honore to tart tatin and so much more. You have your favorite items to make, and would be proud to showcase them in our pastry case. You have worked in a large hotel, restaurant, or well-known patisserie, and love what you do.

Our interview process begins with a phone screen, then in person interviews with three people, a thorough review of your portfolio and background, reference checks. The successful candidate will then move to a two week trial period to make sure we're all aligned and the fit is perfect. After the trial period you will become part of our tiny but mighty team.
