Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 annually (Depending on experience)

Position Overview:
As an Executive Chef, you'll oversee culinary operations across our establishments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Help develop and execute innovative menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and local flavors.
-Mentor and lead kitchen managers to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
-Maintain strict adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and food safety standards.
-Manage inventory levels and control food costs to optimize profitability.
-Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant environment.
-Deep understanding of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and industry trends.
-Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
-Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
-Willingness to relocate to Leavenworth, WA.
