DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee cooking activities and assist food service associates as assigned by the Food Service Director.
Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
Operate and clean kitchen equipment, performing routine maintenance.
Store, label, and date food items according to policy, maintaining organized storage.
Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
Assist with daily production records, documentation, and reporting.
Cross-train employees and perform other duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Large hot production experience required.
