Wild Wheat Bakery are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Busser to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, supporting servers, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, and for candidates with strong skills and experience, the role may be offered or grow into a Server position. We are also looking for Delivery Driver responsibilities depending on your experience, availability, and driving record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, and patio
- Assist servers and hosts as needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Restock utensils, napkins, and other service items
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
-(If applicable): Deliver food orders safely and promptly to local customers using company vehicle.
Requirements:
- Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- (If interested in delivery role): Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and familiarity with local area.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Advanced Candidates: Those with strong restaurant experience may be considered for a Server position
