Seeking experienced, bikini barista for mid shifts (10-3) Mon-Thursday and possibly closing shifts Friday/Saturday.The right candidate will be physically fit, who takes pride in the quality of their work, have at least 1 year in bikini coffee, have a social media platform marketed to bikini coffee clientele, be local to the Everett area, be “hard drug”free, be someone who arrives on time and doesn’t leave early, someone who mindfully upsells and maintains an upbeat attitude &kindness in the face of the customer, regardless of if it’s a $1 tipper or $100 tipper.
