Barista - M-Th: 7AM-12PM & Fri: 7AM-1PM
Barista - Sat & Sun: 6:30AM-12PM
Barista - On-call varied
Brewed Awakening is located on Hwy 202 in downtown Snoqualmie. We are hiring multiple experienced barista positions. We are a fast-paced drive-thru & walk-up window stand located next to 3 local schools as well as adjacent local businesses. Regular customers & high school sporting events create great revenue & tips!
Requirements:
18 years or older
Reliable transportation
Prior coffee experience (Drive-thru experience preferred)
Ideal candidate would reside within 25 miles of the shop
Comfortable working solo shifts
Lift, Push, Pull up to 40 lbs on a regular basis
6 months previous espresso experience
Current WA State food handler card
Flexible availability, including weekends
You will be moving! This is a very active, high energy position where you must be able to be on your feet for 6-8 hours per day
Able to multitask while conversing (This is NOT a joke….)
Attention to detail (The small things matter!)
Works well under pressure (yes, a long drive-thru line and walk-up window customers can be stressful!)
Cleanliness is a must (We show it with our Dept of Health rating: “EXCELLENT”)
Open to constructive feedback, and can show improvement
Accuracy in cash management
Compensation: DOE $16.28 + tips (average tips = $20+/hr)
