Local Property Management Company Seeks Leasing Agent
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leasing agent to join our team. As a leasing agent, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing vacant apartments, responding to leads, showing and touring apartments, and providing excellent customer service to new and existing residents. You will also be responsible for assigning maintenance technicians various duties, preparing move-in/move-out condition reports, and recording rent and resident work orders. You will be working with multiple smaller properties and will be expected to perform any other task assigned.
