Washington, Seattle-tacoma, 98101 Seattle-tacoma USA
Aplica ya

Scampers Daycamp for Dogs on NE 124th Street in the Totem Lake area of Kirkland is looking for Permanent Part-Time Rock Solid Dog Wranglers, for weekday morning and mid-day shifts.

If you love dogs and think you can handle working with a great number of them, possess lots of positive energy, and can keep up in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

If you're available right away, you can start right away.

You will be a member of a team managing a large group of dogs and maintaining a safe and clean play environment.

These opportunities work especially well for someone with Vet Assistant, Vet Tech, or Kennel Tech experience, but we are happy to train the right individuals for these shifts. If you truly love dogs, you're probably one of those.

We only ask that you treat the dogs with love and kindness, treat our customers with consideration and respect, and that you're willing to work hard as a member of a tight-knit team and that you have a rock-solid work ethic.

What do we mean by "Rock-Solid "?

We're looking for reliability, commitment, responsibility, maturity, honesty, and a can-do attitude.

- You will be a crucial member of a carefully assembled team responsible for keeping everyone (canines and humans) safe.

- Reliability is an absolute must - whether you commute by bus, car, or Uber doesn't matter, but it is critical that you to get to your shift every time, on time!

- Working with dogs can be a lot of fun, but it is also an important job. It is also a very physically demanding job. You will be on your feet all day.

- There are moments of excitement between long periods of quiet, which means you must be able to stay alert and focused on the dogs even when they seem calm and settled.

If this sounds like a career you'd like to pursue, email your resume along with your cover letter describing why you'd be a good fit for Scampers.
