Telecom Engineer

Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Telecommunications Engineer to assist a large healthcare organization with a telecom migration from an old legacy system to Avaya PBX. They will also be taking point on delegating tasks to technicians and other teammates to effectively and efficiently complete project phases. Other work will include documenting current configurations and locations of the legacy system phones and mapping the deployment of new replacement Avaya phone devices. The job will require a person with an understanding of telecommunications technologies and the ability to creatively solve problems as we translate the current station configurations from the legacy system into a format that can be used by the system engineers and technicians to program and cutover phones to the new system.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
