Title: Technical Pre-Sales Lead [BizID#6578] Location: Seattle, WA Experience: 15+ years Work Authorization: / H1B (Transfer Only) Job Description: Overview Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Presales Lead based out of its headquarters in Seattle, Washington. An ideal candidate is one who understands various enterprise technologies deeply and can communicate well to a wide variety of stakeholders and customers in the context of specific solution offerings built around our client's products. The candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end expertise in providing technical solutions architecture for Business use cases and requirements, PDLC implementation expertise, strong communication, pre-sales background, and demonstrable experience and qualifications The role requires a deeper understanding of our client's Conversation AI and Data Integration Products from a technical and architecture perspective to provide technical presales support to global sales teams, support RFP technical solutions, customer solution presentations to win new business, and upsell with current customers. Also, the position requires the candidate to deliver the engagements thru the Product professional services organization smoothly with superior quality leading to the best customer experience. The role requires very close collaboration with geographically distributed teams across time-zones. Global experience with product companies & distributed teams is a big plus. Also demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders (including executive level stakeholders) is important. Job Responsibilities Be the single POC for all the global sales teams for pre-sales support of all opportunities. Understand our client's product architecture/design and features and capabilities fully to carve out solutions as per the market needs and problem statements from customers. Provide solution architecture, data flow, business flow, Network architecture, Security & technical architecture diagrams, and documents as required for Presales support activities. Support Presales by owning the Technical proposal during Request for proposal (RFP) completely including technical solution, estimation closely working with the teams. Solutions should be technically viable, robust, and aligned to architectural principles and standards with the customers. Consider TCO and the financial impact of technology solutions, with a view to delivering value to our customers. Drive the Customer presentations, demos, and solution walk-thru and convert them into tangible projects for our client. Qualifications Experience: 15+ years in Product Companies Technical, Customer-facing roles Certifications in TOGAF or Cloud-based Architect certifications are a big plus Should have at least 7+ years in Enterprise Architecture / Solution Architecture experience is a big plus. The candidate should have worked closely with Presales on feasibility analysis, providing solutions, estimation, helping in necessary Technical documentation for proposal/RFP closure. Must have a minimum of 3+ years of Software Pre-Sales or Consultancy experience working on large projects around enterprise technology solutions. Ideal Primary Technical Skills

  • Full Stack (Java/J2EE/Spring/Microservices/MySQL/Backbone/React/Angular Or Full Stack (.Net/SQLServer/React/Angular). Or MEAN Stack
  • Cloud services (AWS or Azure P) & DevOps
  • Cloud Infrastructure setup & deployment (AWS or Azure P)
  • Cloud SaaS (0365, SalesForce, etc)
  • Microservices/Docker/Kubernetes
  • BigData (Azure Databricks or AWS EC2 or Hortonworks, Cloudera with Scala Spark)
  • Open-source (like Python, GoLang, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Cassandra)
  • Application & Data Security(like MFA, SSO, OAuth, OpenID, Directory Services, Policy Configuration, Cryptography)
Ideal Secondary Technical / Domain Skills (preferred)
  • Conversational AI tools, technologies including NLP, AI/ML frameworks exposure
  • Exposure to Data Integration and Data Management tools
  • Domain experience with Banking/Financials/Insurance/Healthcare Industries
