job detailsjob summary:DescriptionWhat You Will DoYou will play a significant role in designing and developing services to support the deployment and operation of our SaaS product. You will also help operate the infrastructure and applications that our SaaS customers rely on, including responding to alerts and troubleshooting production issues. You will work with our development squads to help them successfully own the operation of their services in production - from making setting up new observability easy to teaching good incident management practices. Demonstrate a strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Have experience working with cloud platforms and technologies, preferably AWS or Azure
Have experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Pulumi and container orchestration like Kubernetes
Show excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with great attention to detail.
Be familiar with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban
