The Customer Level Insights and Prediction team at the AWS Central Economics group is dedicated to develop machine learning models that drive AWS growth and adoption.We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager that will be responsible for leading AI-based products to help AWS growth. This role is inherently cross-functional — this leader will work closely with science, engineering, finance, sales and service teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our existing products and features. The successful candidate is a person who enjoys and excels in dealing with significant ambiguity and has keen interest in Gen-AI and ML. You will use data analytics to inform business decisions at scale. You also bring strong collaborative skills and ability to engage leaders from go-to-market teams, service teams, and science teams, to align our team's projects and deliverables to the business needs.Key job responsibilities Work with customers to scope projects and deliverables Create and manage a roadmap for standardizing the products to self-service Lead and codify learnings from follow-up with customers of the team's products. Work with the scientists on the team to build new solutions and scale existing ones Work with sales support tools teams across AWS to integrate our team's tools in any existing tools our customers use Onboard new customers to the team's available products Work with customer teams to integrate scientific insights into business decision making and drive business valueAbout the teamThe AWS Central Economics group is dedicated to bringing the most trustworthy evidence-based analysis to the most strategic decisions for AWS leadership. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Experience in an operational environment developing, fast-prototyping, piloting and launching analytic products

The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
