Job summaryCome join AWS Marketplace (https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/); AWS Marketplace (AWSMP) is a curated digital catalog, customers can use to find, buy, deploy, and manage third-party software, data, and services that customers need to build solutions and run their businesses. AWSMP includes thousands of software listings from popular categories such as security, networking, storage, machine learning, business intelligence, database, as well as related professional services to help you manage and support those solutions. Customers can quickly launch pre-configured software with just a few clicks and choose software solutions in Amazon Machine Images (AMIs), software as a service (SaaS), and other formats. You can use AWSMP as a buyer (subscriber), the seller (provider), or both. Anyone with an AWS account can use AWSMP as a buyer and can register to become a seller. Work/Life BalanceAWSMP values work-life balance. Most days, our entire team is co-located in the Seattle office, but we're flexible when people need to work from home. We generally keep core in-office hours from 10 am to 4 pm. About half of us come in earlier, and the other half of us stay later. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams
  • Experience partnering with product OR program management teams
  • 3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers
  • 3+ years of experience architecting and designing (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Experience with OOD and object-oriented languages
