Product Marketing Manager to drive user growth and engagement for one of the world's most beloved and innovative AI assistants. We're looking for a dynamic leader who can leverage strategic marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven optimization to propel Alexa's adoption and usage.In this role, you'll bring compelling value propositions to life and design impactful campaigns that drive user growth through Amazon's owned channels and partner with other Amazon teams. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and growth using Amazon's owned channels (app, email, website, retail, etc.)

Lead customer segmentation and targeting efforts, unlocking new growth opportunities

Design and oversee A/B testing and experimentation to continually refine our marketing effectiveness

Collaborate across teams to influence product development and expand Alexa's reach

Deliver insightful performance analytics to key stakeholders, driving data-informed decision making

Manage complex trade-offs and establish efficient processes for campaign delivery at scale

Track and report on engagement metrics, action plans, and performance

Work closely with GTM and Advertising teams to ensure integrated campaign effectiveness

A day in the lifeYour average day will be dynamic and you'll collaborate with Product, Business Intelligence, Data Science, peer marketing functions and other Amazon teams to create content, develop marketing programs, run experiments, and share insights. We seamlessly transition from strategic planning to creative ideation to detailed execution, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We work together and pick each other up when workloads shift, balancing our time and juggling multiple priorities. We enjoy supporting a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.About the teamThis role sits within the Alexa Marketing team, a dynamic group that includes advertising, media, lifecycle, and channel marketers. We are a diverse and collaborative team united by our mission to make Alexa an indispensable part of customers' lives.Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting

Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
