Atrilogy's direct client is looking for a Recruiter to join their team on-site in
downtown Seattle, WA with half days on Friday! This is a Full Time, Direct Hire role. Essential Functions:- This role will assist in the efforts of production recruiting for the firm.
- The qualified candidate will play an important role in the growth of organization.
- Helps attract the best and brightest to join our team through job boards, networking sites, social media, networking, cold calling, competitor research, career fairs, and other recruiting methods.
- Manages and coordinates the internal recruiting program including, applicant tracking system, employee referrals as well as recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, updates, etc.
- Creates and edits job descriptions and utilizes non-traditional recruiting methods to help fill open requisitions
- Creating complex offer letters to help attract top talent
- Professional presence and charisma, with ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in full life-cycle recruiting.
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and competing demands with a positive and proactive approach and sense of urgency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as previous experience presenting to groups.
- Excellent organization and follow-through skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with limited daily supervision.
- Experience with application tracking systems.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Great attitude, team player, strong attention to detail.
- IT staffing and placement such as Project Managers, Agile/Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, DBAs, Software Engineers, Mobile Developers (iOS, Android), DevOps, Automation, QA, Systems & Network Engineers, Cyber Security / Information Security Specialists, ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Big Data and Creative (UI/UX, Web Design)
- Operational staffing and placement of Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing professionals, as well as Information Technology resources.
