Job Description:The Devices team designs and engineers high-profile and innovative consumer electronics emerging products. Are you an advocate for customer feedback? Would you like to support and work alongside some of the most customer-obsessed people you'll ever meet?The Devices Beta team is looking for a Beta Program Coordinator to support the planning and execution of beta testing programs. You will help us drive real-world validation and delight for our Devices by working with program owners, beta participants, and product and engineering teams to prepare new product launches, system software and app updates, and marketplace expansions. You'll support data collection activities, provide ongoing communication and engagement support by working with beta participants around the world to keep engagement high and feedback flowing. Cross-team coordination and a basic understanding of project management concepts are essential. Ample growth opportunity is available as you work to identify how to make the processes you follow and the tools you use more efficient and effective.This position requires an ability to move fluidly through a wide variety of assignments using established processes and procedures. You are our ideal candidate if you have strong attention to detail, maintain a high bar for quality, and are excited to influence the customer experience of our products. You have great people and communication skills, are willing and able to roll your sleeves up and dig into problems when needed, and above all, have a willingness to learn. Succeeding in this role will provide a path to increased exposure and responsibility in program management activities.Requirements:
Experience with categorization and basic analysis of data sets
2+ years of project/program management and stakeholder management
Bachelors degree
Microsoft Excel (and formulas) and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Great people and communication skills
Willingness to learn
