100% FTE
Mondays and Tuesdays 0630am-3:00pm; Saturdays and Sundays 0600am-700pm DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION 6EH Orthopaedics specializing in acute care level orthopedic injuries as well as medicine and other general surgery patients. Patients have typically sustained complex orthopedic injuries including fractures of the spine, pelvis, long bones, hands or feet. 6 East Hospital also specializes in the care of patients who have undergone replantation surgeries and flap procedures. Opportunity to provide career growth PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging
Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information
Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery REQUIREMENTS
High school graduation or equivalent AND
One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
