Description A boutique commercial litigation law firm in Seattle is seeking an attorney to join their team working in a fully remote capacity. Must reside in the United States. COMPENSATION: Their base salary ranges from 120-185k DOE, plus additional bonus earnings. They offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k with 4 match, profit sharing, paid CLE and bar dues, unlimited PTO, paid holidays and other perks. Requirements
4+ years of experience as a litigation attorney
Experience with construction litigation cases (note, not construction defect) and government contract disputes
Experience handing cases in federal court
Experience taking commercial litigation from inception to trial
Motions practice, taking and defending depositions, arbitrations and trial
Strong legal research and writing skills
Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials
Active bar license, any state, in good standing
