DescriptionAmazon Business Payments supports payments experiences and payment products on behalf of Business-to Business (B2B) customers procuring from Amazon Business. We are looking for a Global Head of Product for B2B cards payments experience and acceptance. As the STL for cards initiatives on our team, you will be responsible for identification and evaluation of new product opportunities, synthesizing these opportunities into product and/or feature enhancements with underlying commercials and exploring/evaluating external partnerships to bring these opportunities to life.This leader must be an effective owner and communicator in working with some of our most important current/future partners as well as with internal colleagues and cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for payments and a high drive to deliver results in a timely manner.Key job responsibilities Be the single-threaded product leader responsible for the Worldwide Business Cards experience pillar, overseeing B2B cards enablement, discovery and acceptance through the customer shopping journey. Develop and manage the business cards experience strategy, multi-year roadmap and annual plan, accountable for definition and delivery of goals. Work with product managers, engineers, UX designer, customer research, legal and global payments teams to develop and execute the Worldwide business cards experience roadmap. Gain buy-in of the strategy and roadmap from partner teams through collaboration, documentation, negotiation, and effective influence of peers and senior management.Build strategic partnerships across Amazon Business Payments organization and global payment teams to expand features and capabilities as a service optimization champion. Optimize the customer experience and service performance, conducting customer research and testing, identifying key performances levers and continually working to optimize service performance. Develop business cases for new features and capabilities.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Seattle, WA, USABasic Qualifications

10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years’ product experience building credit/debit card solutions.

The base pay for this position ranges from $144,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
