The team works in a dynamic and global environment where innovating on behalf of our customers is at the heart of everything we do.We are looking for a Digital Program Manager to support future-proofing the digital supply chain; taking holistic approach to Spec and publishing requirements for Prime Video with PV builders, studios, delivery partners and the industry. This individual will help us shape the future of our digital supply chain architecture, with a passion to innovate, and tackle complex problems. As a Digital Program Manager you will be responsible for owning programs that drive innovation and efficiency to enhance the global customer experience; driving across cross-function teams, defining and distributing new workflows, and partner with product and technology teams to define business requirements. The successful candidate should have experience with Movie and TV content digital delivery standards, formats, spec and the capacity to acquire new technology concepts quickly.Key job responsibilities

Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program

Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations

Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams within PV to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions

Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement

Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams

Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience

Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps

3+ years experience working with large global organizations in the digital supply chain

Have deep technical ability, familiarity with industry digital delivery standards, specifications, and delivery formats with the capacity to acquire new technology concepts quickly

Experience managing projects across cross-function teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Experience delivering programs of medium to high complexity, coordinating the development cycle

Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience managing, analyzing, presenting, and communicating relevant results to senior management

Be a collaborative leader, capable of driving internal & external stakeholders to consensus while balancing product/technology needs with longer term relationship objectives

Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams

Deep understanding and familiarity of componentized based packages such as MDDF (MovieLabs Digital Distribution Framework), including identification of content using EIDR (Entertainment ID Registry), delivery of content metadata using MEC (Media Entertainment Core Metadata) and MMC (Media Manifest Core), and delivery of availability metadata using EMA Avails

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing/business counterparts to deliver online products/services

Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required

Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data

The base pay for this position ranges from $64,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $154,600/year in our highest geographic market.
