Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable & payroll operations
Maintaining well-organized financial records and chart of accounts
Internal & External Reporting:
Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial statements
Coordinating corporate reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Delivering financial analysis for decisions related to capital investments, pricing, and contracts
Compliance:
Managing financial controls aligned with company procedures
Maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal tax and accounting regulations
Overseeing HR policy and procedure compliance
Key Requirements:
Experience working with start-ups
Proficiency in NetSuite is a must!
CPA preferred or a Master's degree with relevant finance experience
Open to candidates at Assistant Controller levels seeking to move up the ladder
Experience managing a team
Accounting designation (CMA, CGA, or CA), or an equivalent relevant experience and education
Advanced Excel skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
