Collibra Developer/Engineer Seattle, WA 06 Months + Must work in PST Hours W2 Only Sr. Collibra Developer We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated application developer who has a strong background, in Collibra metadata management tool, and has deep knowledge of workflow development programming, experience configuring, experience with Collibra connect, customizing and integrating data across multiple platform. Typical activities include developing business process workflows, developing integration between Collibra and other systems, configuring Collibra per business requirements, code/configuration migration between different environments. Production monitoring, creating monitoring dashboards, setting up alerts, triaging alerts. In this role, person will be responsible for creating and driving the technical vision for the team that designs, develops, tests, and operates our platform services end to end. Working with functional analysts and other cross functional team to implement, customize and integrate data across multiple platforms.Responsibilities:Implement Collibra Workflows to enable data management capabilitiesDeveloping integration between Collibra and other systems leveraging Collibra APIConfiguring Collibra per business requirementsWork with Collibra Connect to integrate application with Collibra Data Governance CenterWork with Manta to extract data from different systems/applications for Data Lineage.Partner with Data Stewards for requirements, integrations and processes, participate in meetings and working sessionsPartner with Data Management and integration leads to continuously improve Data Management technologies and processesOutline and apply software development best practicesResponsible for health of production systemResponsible for upgrades and future developments of Data Governance tool suites.Requires 7+ years experience in the IT industryKnowledge of Data Governance, Data Lineage and Data Management.Experience with Collibra.Experience with metamodel designExperience and strong proficiency with workflow development tools.Familiarity with code repository and version control tools such as BitbucketExperience with REST/API.Strong SQL background with many RDBMS such as: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgresKnowledge of NoSQL DB.Experience in working with Linux environment.Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced agile development environment.Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skillsExtensive understanding in SDLC and scrum methodologies.
