Change Manager - Technical Implementation

Please note, this is a W2 hourly position. However, we are also open to considering engagement on a 1099 basis.As a change manager, you’ll guide our client through the transformations that will accelerate them towards their goals. You’ll apply change management models, methodologies, processes, and tools to assess and drive adoption of changes–meeting the client’s need for highly visible programs, projects, and initiatives.About you You’re comfortable working alongside product, design, and delivery teams to support change initiatives from idea to execution.You have a strong understanding of the digital landscape and how products are built and delivered.You’re empathetic, communicative, and collaborative.You have a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem.You are successful in driving change and project results despite fluctuating requirements.You are motivated and feel compelled to deliver–whether it be on deadlines, promises, or results.You have a track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and processes for clients.About the teamThe Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges.
