Land Survey Field Surveyor, Party Chief
Chadwick & Winters Land Surveying is offering a unique opportunity for a qualified candidate to join our multigenerational and family owned firm with over 40 years’ experience in the industry. The right candidate will be proficient in all aspects of field surveying including boundary, topography, ALTA, monitoring and construction staking. A working knowledge of robotic total stations, GPS and manual surveying techniques along with familiarity with Leica equipment desired. We deploy single man field crews equipped with state-of-the-art Leica equipment to perform field work. Eligible candidate will possess the experience and a willingness to learn to support our business model.

Typical Duties and Assignments
Field data collection using total stations and GPS
Construction Staking and field support for builder clients
Data upload/download
Equipment maintenance
Reviewing maps
Interacting with multiple project managers, site superintendents, field and office technicians and clients

Organization and effective use of time
Demonstrated desire and ability to learn, lead and excel
Dependability and attention to detail
Follow oral and written instructions
Positive attitude working in team environment
Work with the team to achieve goals and exceed customer expectations
Qualifications
2 years plus field survey experience
Valid Washington State driver’s license
Physically fit and able to lift and carry 50 pounds
Non-smoking
