I own a small Design/Build Firm and we have multiple projects lined up and ready for permitting to occur. I am required to spend time in the field managing the projects we already have under contract and find that I am stretched to thin on the design-draft side. I have a degree in Architecture and a minor in Build Construction, and I will able to guide and oversight the work.
Looking for someone with design experience and capability to draft by hand and/or on CAD or CAD-like programs.
